I Scream Gelato Breckenridge began as a passion project and has turned into a passion that can connect people over Gelato. Gelato was created in Italy – it is an Italian dessert often enjoyed overseas and throughout Europe. Ice cream and ice cream shops are all over Colorado, and while the overall concept is similar, the dessert itself is very different. There is no way to juxtapose the two treats.
I Scream Gelato Breckenridge sources our gelato ingredients straight from Italy – each scoop dips into all the layers and assortment of pieces that went into its creation so it can be served fresh to you! Our menu offers various flavors inspired by the atmosphere and people of Colorado. I Scream was established in Breckenridge, our home, for a good reason.

(We realize some people would argue it is Isak Heartstone, the resident troll, but the verdict is still out…) We are located a few doors down from Mountain Top Cookie Shop.

While it can be challenging to churn that up and turn it into gelato, espresso, or affogatos, for that matter – we have done it!

A milkshake made with gelato is unlike anything you have ever experienced – amazing!

Chocolate and vanilla are the two typical, classic flavors for milkshakes and ice cream. Chocolate and vanilla are in our gelato lineup, but you won’t be disappointed with all the other flavors in the mix. Chocolate is sprinkled throughout our menu in drinks, bakery goods, and gelato! Vanilla is offered throughout all items and mixed into the gelato to make new flavors for our customers to enjoy! We offer new flavors all the time, providing seasonal options and vegan options while catering to the Colorado influence.
It can be served with pancakes, espresso, waffles, or cones, and up to 3 toppings of your choice for free! We never disappoint; our flavors are always inviting and innovative!
You can also have special toppings such as – Ferraro Roche, Hershey Cookies and Cream, or Kinder Bueno. Lastly. Sauces are also provided: peanut butter, maple, chocolate/white chocolate syrup, and caramel syrup!
Our chefs are constantly working on new creations to present to our customers. It is a part of the environment to evolve and push forward with other contemporary inventions. Our flavors or never what you expected, but they are consistently excellent!
