This all started in Breckenridge, Colorado, in the summer of 2018. I had just returned from a trip to Milano, Italy, and was inspired by the gelato I had there. The creaminess of the gelato, combined with the unique flavors that each ice cream shop offered, made me realize how much of a difference high-quality ingredients can make in creating a truly delicious product.
With that in mind, I began experimenting with recipes at home to recreate the flavors I fell in love with. Eventually, I started crafting the gelato my friends and family came to know as “I Scream Gelato.”

Chefs at each location create a variety of flavors from scratch daily, including a rotating selection of unique gelatos from seasonal, alcohol-infused, and even vegan flavors.
In addition to its gelato selection, the Instagrammable and eclectic menu also features elaborate milkshakes, smoothies, gelato brioche sandwiches, bubble waffle cones, pancakes, and more, including an assortment of espresso beverages and Italian affogatos. With locations in Breckenridge, Frisco, CO, Denver (Lowry neighborhood), and Miami Beach, FL.
I Scream Gelato also brings an interactive experience to guests with online delivery, pickup, and memorable catering options.

I Scream Gelato envisions growing from a local gelato boutique to a global brand competing with top-tier gelato shops worldwide. The company anticipates expanding globally and influencing other gelato stores on an international level. The company expects to maintain excellent quality service through its progression throughout the years of activity.
With three new locations opening soon in Dallas, TX, and one in Columbus, OH, the business is expected to gain even more traction in the near future. In addition, I Scream Gelato plans on launching ice cream carts for catering and events.
